Competition Schedule
Teams may complete their five competition rounds however best fits their schedule. They may choose to fly the rounds back-to-back or spread them throughout an 8–12 jump training day.
Our goal is to make participation as flexible as possible so teams don’t have to choose between training and competing.
For teams looking to simulate a major competition, we recommend allowing at least 40 minutes between jumps. At National Championships and World Championships, teams typically have about an hour between competition rounds.
Communication
Virtual teams will be added to a dedicated WhatsApp group where we’ll share leaderboard updates throughout the weekend. Teams can also use the group to keep us informed of any weather or operational delays.

Weather Policy
Because weather is part of skydiving, we’ve created a simple policy to provide clarity while remaining fair to both our competitors and organizers.
- One or more judged rounds completed: Registration is considered complete and is non-refundable.
- Zero judged rounds completed due to weather: Competitors may choose either:
- A 100% registration credit toward a future Arizona Skydiving Tribe event, or
- A $35 registration refund per competitor.
Finally, we’re excited to have Cris Howard, a nationally rated judge, judging both our July and August meets. This is a great opportunity for teams preparing for Nationals or other major competitions to receive high-quality judging in a relaxed, fun environment.
