Women's Vertical World Record Camp

  • November 22, 2012

Camp Objectives: To train and develop the necessary skills needed to fly in head down big-way skydives. The ultimate goal is to set a new all female vertical world record. These camps are a great opportunity to meet the organizers of the Women’s Vertical World Record, as well as meet and jump with the other ladies that are planning on participating in the record.
Skills we will train:
Diving exits
Floating exits
Base exits
Base flying
Head level flying
Flying your slot
Taking docks
Cross partner flying
Safe break offs (180 turn and back track)

Minimal skill level needed to attend the camp: Must be able to safely fly on level in a head down orientation relative to a group of people. You also must be able to turn 180 and back track on break off. You will need to be able to control your levels and proximity relative to the base and maintain a head down position in order to participate in these jumps. If your flying is questionable or unsafe in any way for the group size you will receive a refund, but not be able to participate in the camp jumps.
