2010 WOMENT’S VERTICAL WORLD RECORD CAMP
April 2-3, 2010

Objective: To train and develop the necessary skills needed to fly in head down big-way skydives. With the ultimate goal being to set a new all female vertical world record planned for November 25-29, 2010. This camp is a great opportunity to meet the organizers of the Women's Vertical World Record, as well as, meet and jump with the other ladies that are planning on participating in the record.

Camp Dates at Skydive Arizona, Eloy:

April 2-3, 2010 & October 28-29, 2010

Skills we will train:

  • Diving exits
  • Floating exits
  • Base exits
  • Base flying
  • Head level flying
  • Flying your slot
  • Taking docks
  • Cross partner flying
  • Safe break offs (180 turn and back track)

Minimal skill level needed to attend the camp: Must be able to safely fly on level in a head down orientation relative to a group of people. You also must be able to turn 180 and back track on break off. You will need to be able to control your levels and proximity to the base and maintain a head down position in order to participate in these jumps. If your flying is questionable or unsafe in any way for this group size you will receive a refund, but not be able to participate in the camp jumps.

Registration: Pre-registration is essential to maximize the success of these camps, the sooner you register the better.

Registration Fee: $130 plus 12 lift tickets.

Meet Time: 8:00am Friday morning in the main hanger.
